Digital Legacy & Crypto Inheritance, included
Every paid When I Am Gone plan now includes our Digital Legacy section: online accounts, social media, email, cloud storage, subscriptions, domains, crypto wallets, exchanges (Luno, VALR, Binance) and NFTs, each with executor instructions and service-specific guidance. We never store passwords or seed phrases.
Recurring billing. The Estate vault is billed monthly through Paystack until you cancel. Cancellation stops future billing immediately and you keep access until the end of the paid period.
Refunds. Once-off products are refundable within 7 days of purchase if the document has not been downloaded in final form. Subscription fees are not refunded for partial periods. Cooling-off rights under the CPA and ECTA apply where they qualify. Read the full refund policy.
Wills Act notice. A will document generated by When I Am Gone is a draft until printed and signed in the presence of two competent witnesses, as required by the Wills Act 7 of 1953. Electronic wills are not valid under South African law.
